rubber metal (ACM) gasket - 21 bolt oil pan - (genuine is a paper gasket) - originally this transmission has a plastic oil pan with integrated filter - this pan gasket is NOT for this plastic pan but for the metal oil pan which can be used with a separate filter to replace the plastic pan.
