contains all available seals and components for all applications - except transmissions with metal oil pan (8HP45X, 8HP45X HIS)
Bonded seals for torx screws are temporarily not included due to raw material shortage.
instead of the complete connector plug or screw plugs with rubber seals or screws with bonded seals, we just include the corresponding seals in our kit. If the screws are required, please order separately.
Metal sealing sleeves and the flange nut for the output flange are also available, but have to be ordered as seperate items.
Apart from external sealing components and solenoid o-rings which are included in our overhaul kits, we do generally not include internal Mechatronic/Valve body parts (like check balls, screens, o-rings) into our overhaul kits as only some specialized workshops might work on the internal side of the Mechatronic. However, wherever possible, we do provide a separate Mechtronic/Valve Body kit, which can be ordered separately.
This strategy helps to keep our prices low and save unwanted parts from being wasted.
we will not include items which are to be found inside the valve body of the Mechatronic:
6-7 check balls
1 filter screen
1 filter strainer
1 double check valve
7 dampers
these items or part thereof will be offered later in a separate kit - A-SUK-8HPXX-VB
